InnovAge
InnovAge Home Care is a service that aids frail seniors in their home to live with dignity and independence. Since 1996, seniors can age in place with their PACE program. Seniors who wish to stay independent for as long a time as possible can get in-home assistance from the company. Each client receives a customized service that is tailored to their needs.
InnovAge offers home care in Colorado, Pennsylvania (New Mexico), Virginia and New Mexico. The program has had some problems in recent months, however. The service has been suspended in those states by the federal and state governments.

InnovAge (Program for Adult Care Excellence), is the leading provider of PACE. Only 3% are actually using PACE, even though they are available to eligible seniors. The campaign, which was nominated for an award, tells stories about participants and includes the theme song of the 1980s TV series Cheers.
InnovAge programme
InnovAge offers at-home support to older adults, which helps them maintain their independence. A former employee shared her concerns about the program. She worked for InnovAge from 2010 until 2018 and said she was frequently asked to work more than eight hours. Due to the difficulty in retaining employees, she said that she was often forced to work additional shifts. She often ended up doing tasks that were normally performed by nurses and medical assistants.
Clients have complained about the services of this company, claiming they did not get sufficient service. The Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services ended the program in September 2021. They could not accept new Medicare clients. It also revealed to investors that it had made payments of over $13 million to Colorado's Medicaid Program and that the state attorney-general requested information about billing.
InnovAge's new chief Human Resources Officer
InnovAge is a company that provides comprehensive healthcare for frail and dual eligible seniors. Kathy Andreasen has been appointed its chief human resource officer. Andreasen has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, including roles in marketing, sales, and public relations. Brookdale, HCTec and other healthcare brands have been built by Andreasen.
George previously served as the chief human resources officer of Shearer's, the largest private label in the United States. She was responsible for strategic people initiatives, succession planning and performance management. As part of U Drive Acceptance Corporation's CHRO, she managed a HR consulting practice. She has also founded several ventures.
